The Crabiel Home for Funerals First Responder Package

At The Crabiel Home for Funerals we understand the sacrifices first responders make. From waking up at 3:00am for a fire or helping deliver that newborn baby in the ambulance, we appreciate all that you do for our country and community.

The founder of The Crabiel Home for Funerals, David B. Crabiel (1930-2008) was the youngest member of the Milltown Rescue Squad when he joined. From his experience of helping people in emergency he knew that he could do more. That’s why David B. Crabiel decided to become a Funeral Director to help families grieving in their greatest hour of need. David also became an honorary member of the Milltown Fire Department. His daughter Paulette Crabiel Wahler continues his legacy in becoming a funeral director. Paulette also became an honorary member of the Milltown Fire Department. Third generation of the family, Brian C. Wahler, Jr. has been a licensed funeral director since 2021. He is also a Firefighter with Holmes Marshall Volunteer Fire Company in Piscataway and Milltown Fire Department.
